What photo should I send?
The clearer the photo, the closer the likeness. This applies whether you're sending a photo of one person or both of you together.

Can you make a figurine of both of us from one photo?
Yes. Send one photo with both of you visible and we build a single connected figurine, the same process used for the GTA 6 duo statue in our shop.
Will it actually look like us?
We email a 3D preview before anything prints, and you can request changes until it matches. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.
How long until it arrives?
Once you approve the 3D model, printing, painting, and shipping take about 10 days. We email updates at each stage.
Can I add our pet too?
Send a clear photo that includes your pet and mention it in your order notes. We'll confirm what's possible for your specific photo before starting the model.
What if it arrives damaged?
Every order is covered by our damage guarantee. Contact us with photos of the damage and we'll replace it.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only, with free tracked shipping included.
What finish should I pick?
Air Spray Realism gives a photorealistic airbrushed look with subtle shading. Acrylic Paint is more classic and hand-painted looking. Both are applied by hand in our studio.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Each figurine is ordered and reviewed individually, so if you want a second one for a parent or a friend, place a separate order with its own photo.
