Welcome to Fins Studio. By accessing our website and ordering our 3D printed figurines, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Custom Orders & Returns

Because every figurine is entirely custom-made and hand-painted based on your uploaded photo, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

However, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee in case of any transit damage. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

2. Image Rights & Uploads

By uploading an image to our platform, you confirm that you have the right to use that image. Fins Studio will only use your uploaded image for the sole purpose of generating the 3D model and fulfilling your order.

3. Production & Materials

Our figurines are 3D printed. In cases of complex designs, we may print the item in parts and assemble it. All painting is done via airbrush and high-quality, completely safe acrylic paints.

4. Shipping Limitations

We currently only operate and ship within the United States. Any orders placed with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
